How to Check Your Examination Results
To view your written interview results, follow
these simple steps:
- Visit the Recruitment Portal: Go to the
official CBE portal or the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat website
(ajira.go.tz).
- Navigate to the Announcements Section: Look
for the latest updates titled "Matokeo ya Usaili wa Kuandika -
CBE".
- Download the Results PDF: Click on the link
corresponding to the specific post or department you applied for to
download the candidate list.
- Search for Your Name/Number: Open the
document and search using your full name or applicant registration number.
Key Information for Successful Candidates
If your name appears on the list of shortlisted
candidates who passed the written assessment, please take note of the following
instructions:
- Oral Interview Details: Check the date,
time, and specific venue assigned for your oral interview (Usaili wa Ana
kwa Ana).
- Required Identification: Bring a valid
national identification card (NIDA, Voter's Card, Passport, or Driving
License).
- Original Certificates: Carry all original
academic and professional certificates, transcripts, and your birth
certificate for verification.
- Punctuality: Arrive at the designated
interview center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
