General Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these roles, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Academic Record: A minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 in the respective Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Nationality & Age: Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 45 years or below.
• Professional Licenses: Candidates applying for medical, nursing, or engineering posts must hold valid registration and practicing licenses from relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., MCT, TNMC).
• Public Service Policy: Currently employed public servants, retirees, or individuals previously terminated from public service are not eligible to apply.

• A signed application letter addressed to the Vice Chancellor, University of Dodoma (UDOM), P.O. Box 259, Dodoma.
• An up-to-date CV with reliable contacts and 3 reputable referees.
• Certified copies of academic certificates, transcripts, Form IV/VI certificates, professional registration, and birth certificate.
• Foreign degree holders must have their qualifications verified by TCU (with GPA calculated out of 5), and foreign secondary certificates verified by NECTA.
• A recent passport-size photograph.
