Public Service Recruitment Secretariat Job Placement Announcement

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) wishes to inform all job applicants who attended interviews conducted between 29 September 2025 and 18 August 2026 that the results of the successful candidates are listed in this announcement.

The list also includes some candidates who were previously placed in the recruitment database (Database) for various cadres. These candidates have now been assigned to work stations after employment vacancies became available.

How Successful Candidates Will Get Their Appointment Letters

All candidates who successfully passed the interview and have been assigned to work stations will receive their placement letters through their Ajira Portal accounts.

Candidates should follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Ajira Portal account.
2. Go to the My Applications section.
3. Find and download your placement letter.
4. Print a copy of the letter.
5. Take the printed placement letter when reporting to the assigned work station.

Important Documents Required When Reporting

Successful candidates must report to their assigned employers within the period specified in their placement letters.

When reporting, candidates must bring their original academic certificates, starting from Form Four and above.

The employer will verify the original certificates before issuing the candidate with an employment letter.

What If Your Name Is Not on the List?

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they were either not successful in the recruitment process or were not selected for the available positions.

However, applicants are encouraged not to give up. They can continue applying for new government job opportunities whenever the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat announces additional vacancies.
