MUHAS Interview 2026: Interview Call Notice for Job Applicants. MUHAS Interview Call Notice 2026, The Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) has announced an interview schedule for job applicants who applied for various advertised positions.

According to the notice, the interviews are expected to be conducted from 24 September 2026 to 25 September 2026. Successful candidates will subsequently be considered for placement at their respective work stations.

All applicants who have been called for the interview are required to carefully follow the instructions below.

Important MUHAS Interview Guidelines

1. Interview Date, Time and Venue
The interviews will begin on the dates indicated in the official notice. The specific interview time and venue are provided for each advertised position or cadre.

2. Face Mask
Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

3. Valid Identification Document
Every candidate must carry a valid identification document for verification. Acceptable identification documents include:

• Resident Identification Card
• Voter's Identification Card
• Employment/Work ID
• National Identification Card
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Identification letter from the candidate's local Street or Village Government

4. Bring Original Certificates
Candidates must bring their original academic certificates. Depending on the requirements of the position, applicants should carry original documents including:

• Birth Certificate
• Form Four Certificate
• Form Six Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma
• Advanced Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree
• Postgraduate and other relevant certificates

5. Testimonials and Provisional Results Will Not Be Accepted
Candidates who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, or Form Four/Form Six Results Slips will not be accepted for the interview and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview process.

6. Professional Registration and Licences
Applicants whose professions require registration with a professional board must bring their original registration certificates together with valid practising licences.

7. Food, Transport and Accommodation
Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation and accommodation expenses.

Candidates are also required to attend the interview in clean, decent and appropriate clothing in accordance with the applicable dress code.

8. Candidates Who Studied Outside Tanzania
Applicants who completed their studies outside Tanzania should ensure that their academic certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities, such as:

• TCU
• NACTVET
• NECTA

Candidates applying for positions that require a GPA and who studied outside Tanzania should also provide a GPA calculation certificate from TCU.

9. Applicants Not Called for Interview
Applicants who do not find their names in the interview announcement are advised to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to check the reason why they were not shortlisted. This will help them understand the outcome and avoid missing future employment opportunities.

10. Interview Number and Ajira Portal Login Details
All shortlisted candidates should log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and copy their interview number.

Candidates who will participate in an online screening interview should also remember the email address and password they use to access the Ajira Portal system.

11. Different Names on Documents
Candidates whose names differ between their academic or identification documents must provide a registered Deed Poll for Change of Name issued through the relevant Ministry of Lands procedures.

12. Anti-Corruption Reminder
All job applicants are reminded that giving or receiving bribes in order to obtain employment or secure a particular duty station is strictly prohibited.

The recruitment process is based on fairness, equality and transparency, taking into account the required qualifications stated in the relevant job advertisement and the approved staffing structure of the respective department.
