UDSM Interview Results 2026: Successful Candidates Called
for Employment
The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) has announced
the names of applicants who successfully passed interviews conducted from 15
to 18 September 2026.
Successful candidates are required to complete the remaining
employment procedures by reporting to UDSM Administration Building, Registry
Office, Room No. 315 on Monday, 12 October 2026, from 9:00 AM.
Candidates must bring the required original documents and
certified copies for verification before receiving their employment letters.
Documents Required
Successful candidates should bring:
- Original
academic certificates and transcripts, from Form Four and above.
- Two
certified copies of the academic certificates and transcripts. Copies
should be certified by an Advocate or Magistrate.
- Birth
certificate.
- Copy
of National Identification (NIDA).
- Four
coloured passport-size photographs.

What About Candidates Who Are Not Listed?
Applicants whose names do not appear among the successful
candidates should understand that they were not selected or did not pass the
interview.
They are encouraged to continue applying for future
vacancies announced by UDSM.
